About this Section
Over the years we have been involved in a number of educational and eHealth related activities, projects and partnerships. In this section we outline some of these initiatives.
CPD Modules
We offer a variety of online CPD modules for healthcare professionals which link to the teaching in our Postgraduate Health Informatics and Remote and Offshore Medicine programmes. All are designed to give students maximum flexibility to continue their professional development at a time and level to suit them.

eLogbook
We have an active role in supporting the eLogbook helpdesk. The eLogbook has now been successfully running for a number of years. It has over 11 million operations in its database and from August 2011 the RCSEd eLogbook will become the single electronic logbook for all non-Consultant grade surgeons.

Working in Partnership
The College has a history of working in partnership to deliver eLearning with some of the UK’s leading Universities. We have also worked on a number of other Health Informatics related projects and collaboratively with other organisations to provide eLearning solutions and support.
